We would like to take the time to make sure that when you would like to order from us you know what to do and what to expect. So here is how we would like you to help us so that we can make sure that you get your product in time and done correctly.

At Jakaranda Engravers we do a large range of products custom for customers in all areas of  South Africa although we are based in Pretoria Rietfontein.

• Firstly you can send us your request via mail to info@jakarandaengravers.co.za.
• You need to make sure to include the SIZE IN MM of the item you need to be engraved or laser cut.
• The type of MATERIAL or ITEM you need laser cut or laser engraved.
• Where possible the QTY that you need to be laser engraved or laser cut of a certain product,
• Better prices shall be given on bigger QTY where applicable.
• We can make samples if you do need on first on special orders to sign off as proof.,
• The cost of the sample will be deducted from the order once it is confirmed,
• In the case where a sample is needed on request, the value in rand will be needed to be paid in advance, first.
• Please take note it takes the same effort and time to set up and do a sample as it would make the order.
• There for it may be expensive, but if you place the order we shall work the cost of the sample into the order, you will be asked to pay the sample first as a commitment on the order.
• The process in short will be as follow; Once we receive your request we shall send you the quote.
• Once you are happy with the quote we shall be requesting a 70% deposit on all orders before doing proof on the artwork
• We then ask for the payment to be in our bank so we can start the proof that shall be sent via e-mail or WhatsApp for your approval, note no work will be done without any confirmed proof of artwork.
• We then ONLY will start with the production of your request and this is where we start counting the time to completion of your request.
• Please Note that SPELLING, SIZE, FONT, COLOR, and QTY must be confirmed by you.
• WE SHALL ONLY WORK OFF YOU'RE SIGNED OF PROOF.
• Mistakes that are made by us on your signed proof shall be our cost.
• Mistakes that were signed of by yourself or a trusted person sent by you shall be for your account or if agreed arrangement made by the owner.
• VERY IMPORTANT: The full amount MUST BE PAID before any goods will be released, until then all products and goods shall remain the property of Jakaranda Engravers.
